Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

VelocentraDynamics provides custom web development and digital infrastructure services. Refunds are evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Services not yet rendered or in progress
  • Failure to meet agreed-upon project specifications
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery
  • Cancellation within the cooling-off period (14 days for remote services under EU consumer law)

2. Partial Refunds

For projects in progress, partial refunds may be issued based on the percentage of work completed and milestones achieved. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally to the work remaining.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once delivered:

  • Completed and deployed web applications
  • API integrations that have been tested and approved
  • Design assets and source code that have been transferred
  • Consulting and advisory services already provided

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your project details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days with our assessment.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. You will receive confirmation when the refund has been initiated.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging VelocentraDynamics for web development, API infrastructure, or digital platform services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Client) and VelocentraDynamics (the Provider).

2. Scope of Services

VelocentraDynamics provides the following services:

  • Full-stack web platform development
  • Automated checkout and payment system integration
  • Secure API infrastructure development
  • Cloud migration and DevOps services
  • UI/UX design and optimization
  • Ongoing maintenance and support

3. Project Milestones and Delivery

Projects are delivered according to agreed-upon milestones defined in the project proposal. VelocentraDynamics commits to meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Delays caused by the Client may affect project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for the project. VelocentraDynamics retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary components in future projects.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual project proposals. Standard terms include:

  • 50% deposit upon project initiation
  • 25% at midpoint milestone
  • 25% upon final delivery and approval

6. Limitation of Liability

VelocentraDynamics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of two years.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.
